Cita a ciegas con la Escuela Luján Pérez pays tribute to the well-known Escuela Luján Pérez on the occasion of its centenary.

The exhibition groups together a selection of 400 works by over a hundred artists, many of whom form part of a relevant passage in the history of art in the Canary Islands and in Mainland Spain, such as Manolo Millares, Jorge Oramas, Néstor Martín Fernández de la Torre, Plácido Fleitas, Felo Monzón, Santiago Santana, Jane Millares, Antonio Padrón, Eduardo Gregorio & Lola Massieu, among others.

The exhibition will be displayed in five cultural sites in the historic quarter of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Four of these are centres pertaining to the cultural chain of the Cabildo (Island Council) of Gran Canaria: CAAM - San Antonio Abad, Casa de Colón, the Centro de Artes Plásticas (Centre of Plastic Arts) and the Biblioteca Insular (Public Library) de Gran Canaria, as is the Galería de Arte de la Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Art Gallery at the Las Palmas University) (ULPGC).
