“La pólvora” (gunpowder) in itself is a material that is completely inoffensive. A mixture of carbon, sulphur, and potassium nitrate that, to cause any damage, has to be manipulated externally. Just as Kike Pérez feels at the moment, inoffensive in himself but dangerous, depending on who is doing the manipulating.
