For this ‘Residencia’, Juan Benítez presents a dance solo born from the inspiration of The Divine Comedy by Dante Alighieri (Inferno/Hell); which he uses as a travel guide, where the body becomes a means of transporting images, that emerge from the incarnation of mythological & historic characters, as well as sounds, ambiences & situations that come about from the poem and which goes to building the narrative thread of the piece.
