This year Carnival will appear only in the format of images. From 12 February Santa Catalina Park hosts an exhibition of some 47 photographs of large proportions taken by ten professional photographers who during decades had provided informative coverage of the acts & contests that featured in the festive programmes.

In 2021, the Carnival is alive due to the perspectives & work of Ángel Medina G., Arcadio Suárez, Gerardo Ojeda, José Carlos Guerra, Juan Carlos Alonso, Nacho G. Oramas, Quique Curbelo, Sabrina Ceballos, Tato Gonçalves & Tony Hernández. All these are the creators of the photographs of great impact that have been given to the Carnival’s organisation in order to stage the exhibition which will feature in Santa Catalina Park until 28 February.
