The presence of the British artistic director Adrian Leaper, principal conductor of the ‘OFGC’ between the years 1994 & 2002, symbolizes the link with the orchestra’s past and gives us an opportunity to listen to a repertoire of which he is a renowned interpreter like Sibelius, with En saga and Symphony nº 5. It will be a doubly attractive programme as it features guest solo artist Emmanuel Pahud, principal soloist at the Berlin Philharmonic and considered by many as the best flautist in the world.
