As in previous years, ‘Casa de Colón’ (Columbus House) organizes activities connected to the Mexican tradition. So, among other activities, on Saturday 5 November a family workshop will take place “Día de Muertos ¡Que viva México!”

We will visit the pre-Columbus archeological collection at the Museum & will have the elements of the the altar offering, dedicated this edition to the great writer Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz, one of the most important literary voices in the history of the Castilian language, explained to us; and then we will make our skull mask, the fampous decorated skull masks. If you would like to know about & enjoy another way to understand this festivity, we’re waiting for you!

Free activity, with limited places and supportive entrance. Prior registration necessary, from 31 October to 4 November.
