Holy Sugar explores the problems of the food industry & new models of food production, and focuses on marketing and its ability to influence consumption. From his interest in the relationship between human beings and nature, Luna Bengoechea questions in his artistic work “the submission and dependence of contemporary society towards certain industrial production food, nutrient poor, fast-food, sugary and hyperpalatable".
