The distilled essence of traditional melodies fused with rhythms that transform popular music of the XXth century streams from Africa, America, Asia & Europe to WOMAD Las Palmas de Gran Canaria 2019.

Thirtytwo artists, between soloists & groups from a dozen countries participate from 7 to 10 November in this cultural gathering, that brings together performers with established careers and up-and-coming artists who have delved into the universe of sounds from their maestros to rekindle the music of their roots.
