Canadian conductor Keri-Lynn Wilson will make her debut with the orchestra - OFGC in a programme with a heavy Russian accent, featuring the rare return of Anatoly Liadov and his composition ´El lago encantado´ (The Enchanted Lake), a mini symphonic piece from the year 1909 which re-creates, with a careful orchestral arrangement, a scene described by the composer himself as thus: “How picturesque it is, how clear, the multitude of stars hovering over the mysteries of the deep”.
