Decolonial or Peripheral Feminism has been defined as a trend of feminism which gives maximum significance to the interchange of sex/gender, class & race conflicts, related to the institutions & cultural categories imposed by colonialism & neocolonialism, that questions universalist eurocentic or western feminism.
Larisa Pérez makes an analysis regarding the relationship this trend which stemmed from Latin America, with Canarian history and searches for responses to the continuity of colonial dynamics.
