This year 2020, one in which one of the poets with the greatest international influence and, without doubt, the most famous & well-known authors in Uruguay, Mario Benedetti, commemorates 100 years since his birth.  

For this reason and in a way of paying tribute, ‘Casa de Colón’ dedicates the traditional ‘Altar of the Dead’ on All Souls’ Day to him and will stage an act of literary-musical tribute that combines the two best known facets of the writer: his poetry and musicalization of his poems.   + Info: Casa de Colón
