Jerónimo Saavedra Acevedo will recall the musical atmosphere in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria that he knew in his childhood & youth. These memories interconnect to the early beginnings of a young Kraus in the Philharmonic Society Chorus, the tenor’s debut in Madrid in 1956 and the close relationship that Saavedra Acevedo maintained with Alfredo Kraus during more than fifty years.
