The Town Hall of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria commemorates the 90th anniversary of the II Spanish Republic, whose proclamation took place on 14 April 1931.

History, poetry, music & documental films all feature in the encounters with historians Ángel Viñas, Francisco Sánchez Pérez & Ana Martínez Rus, writer & journalist Carlos Álvarez, filmmaker Macu Machín and musicologist Francisco Parralejo Masa, which will be held at the ‘Casas Consistoriales’ and the ‘Palacete Rodríguez Quegles’ from Tuesday 13 to Friday 16 April.
