The premises ‘Miller’ continues its intense year’s programming with a new cycle, Palabra de Rock, in which four musicians & writers of individualistic impression merge both disciplines.

These encounters will have as a starting point chat groups in which the attendees will be able to get to know first-hand the way of composing & the literary influences that have marked the career paths of the artists, who will also be available to the audience for debate and to answer questions. The other protagonist of the cycle, the music, will be equally present at the end of each session where the guests will render some of their pieces for half an hour in an intimate ambience.

Amparo Sánchez, leader of ‘Amparanoia’, is a singer, musician, composer, producer & writer, a musical activist who has created a school, is always linked to complaints and the struggle for human rights, especially regarding women. Her first book, “La niña y el lobo” is an autobiographical story that relates, in the form of a diary, a heart-breaking story in which male sexist violence plays a crucial role. It is a story of transformation and self-improvement, an emotional & poignant book, a fresh work, direct, simple & incisive. In its third publication (Mamita Records) it includes her ‘BSO’, accompanied by her own soundtrack.
