We have the urge to get back into Cuban culture at the Palacete Rodríguez Quegles … and so this Wednesday 10 November Ángel Borges, owner of the restaurant ‘La esquina latina’, will share with us the recipe for ‘Arroz Congri’ (Cuban-style rice with black beans) accompanied by ‘picadillo a la habanera’ (Cuban-style ground beef) & ‘fufú de plátano’ (green plantain mash).

Entrance will be free until capacity is reached and attendees will have to provide their data to comply with the health safety protocols due to Covid-19.
