On the night of 31 December 1991 musical producer Alexandro del Conde — who it is said is behind the success of such figures of Spanish music, as Mari Trini, Karina, Nino Bravo & Camilo Sexto— disappears; four women are named by Martín, the barman of the cocktail bar where the producer was a regular customer. A mysterious letter changes the encounter into a musical game to try and find out who lies most and who can manage to escape from the damned lies in which they find themselves entrapped. But this story does not apply to the famous artists, it goes to the voices of the women who fell into his network of deception and learnt to undo his trap at the same time as the social change regarding male chauvinism was taking place in Spain from the ‘70s to the ‘90s: his personal secretary, his wife, her best friend & his youthtime lover.
