In 2021 the centenary of the birth of Baudilio Miró Mainou (Sabadell, 1921 – Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, 2000), one of the most recognized figures of landscape abstraction in Gran Canaria, is commemorated.

The central object of this exhibition are the works of Miró Mainou’s formative period befor her arrival in the Canaries (1940-1949), as well as the immediate years of her arrival in Gran Canaria.
