“El genio”, an album produced by the César Manrique Foundation, is made up of eleven songs inspired by the figure & works of the artist César Manrique. Underlying features of island folk music are in the melodies that makes them recognizable to the indigenous public, but with a universal harmonic treatment.

This solid formation consists of four eclectic musicians from styles as varied as popular folk music, Jazz, heavy metal & funk, that combine to move along less travelled sonorous paths that stir intense and unexpected emotions in the attending audience.
