Visual artist Paqui Martín delves into the cartography of imaginary oceans with his exhibition “Travesías en papel”. 

Casa de Colón (Columbus House) has a huge and valuable documentary and cartographic archive on Columbus' voyages to America, which has served as a starting point for this exhibition project of the visual artist. Paqui Martín’s technique mixes previously printed images of the sea with works taken from his career in graphic work and its extensive possibilities. So it is again the sea that offers you the opportunity to immerse yourself in its depths to accomplish artistic creation.
