For the seventh consecutive year ‘MASDANZA’ hosts this section, in which the Festival will treat the general public to films where the star feature is dancing, relating inspiring stories where different approaches to dancing in the cinema are shown.

“Solo nos queda bailar” (And then we danced)(2019)

Synopsis

Merab has been rehearsing since he was very young in the National Dance Company of Georgia with his dancing partner, Mary. All of a sudden his life is turned upside down when the carefree and charismatic Irakli appears on the scene and becomes his most powerful rival, but also in his greatest object of desire. In a conservative atmosphere, Merab faces the need to free himself and risk everything in the endeavor.
