In JazzOtoño (Autumn Jazz), Sunna Gunnlaugs present their new abum 'Ancestry', which features bassist Porgrimur Jónsson, drummer Scott McLemore and Finnish trumpeter Veneri Pohjola. This trio is all that the audience can hope for and with an added layer of melodic complexity, as the trumpeter seems to merge with the trio’s sensitivity and continues to expand its dynamic boundaries.
