In the months of November & December, ‘Filmoteca Canaria’ with the collaboration of ‘CineAsia’, organizes a film cycle dedicated to Korean directors.

“ALONERS” (2021)

Synopsis 

Jina is the top employee at a call centre on behalf of a bank’s credit card division. The young woman avoids close relationships and therefore chooses to live and work alone. She is comfortable with her lonely lifestyle until her annoying neighbor, who tries to get close to her, turns up dead within a few days. From that moment on, many people that Jina had decided to ignore begin to bother her: her father, who harasses her for her mother’s inheritance; Sujin, a new companion who is heavy going but friendly and carefree Seonghun, her new neighbor.

Entrance tickets for ‘Filmoteca Canaria’ put are on sale at the Theatre website a week before the projection, and at the Box-Office with discounts for the unemployed & students.
