The ‘Belen de Arena’ (Sand-Sculptured Nativity Scene) of Las Palmas G.C., one of the most relevant and original events in the world at Christmas, held its XVII edition at the end of 2022. And the organization wanted to compile its history into a publication. The volume that is being released, through texts and photographs, is a selective collection of the most striking sculptures made and already known internationally, as well as the memory, valuations and anecdotes of 15+1 years of the ‘Belén de Arena’ of Las Canteras, a museum space that has become one of the most visited in Spain in the month of December.
