‘El viaje de San Borondón’ refers us to “El viaje de San Brandán” (The voyage of St Brandan), one of the first books of fantasy in history, based on the famous myth of the journey of the abbot Brandan.

In this hilarious adaptation we will enjoy the adventures of the peculiar abbot, who, after leaving his native Ireland, accidentally meets the whale 'Borondona', an ideal travelling companion that shows him the wonders of paradise on earth: the Canary Islands.
