This exhibition, whose opening coincides with the celebration of International Book Day, has a double objective: on the one hand, discover a little known episode of the history of our city, that is, the creation and establishment of the first municipal library; and on the other, make known a selection of bibliographic materials, especially from the 15th and 16th centuries, which formed part of its original collection.
