 ntury of existence, this year 2022, the event will have 253 participants an
 d will be held at the Casa de Colón (Columbus House) between&nb
 sp;3 & 7 October, to place on the table the new challenges of this
  cultural bridge. During an intense week, 155 men & 98 women, from abou
 t 20 different countries & close to 40 universities, societies & as
 sociations, will take part in an academic debate related to the common hist
 ory of the Canary Islands and the American continent.\n\n\nThe aim&nbs
 p;of this gathering, which for a week, will make Gran Canaria the epicentre
  of Atlantic studies, is to compile the achievements attained in 46 years o
