DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:\n\n"Los durmientes" (The Sleepers) is a project that has come about f
 rom a work that the artist has been developing since 2008, with a previous 
 first work called “Brisas” (Breezes), where in a sequence plan 
 which crosses the palace of ‘La Moneda’, ‘Los durmientes&
 rsquo; (The sleepers) takes as a starting element "los lanzados al mar&rdqu
 o; (those thrown into the sea) in plain dictatorship. In Chile everything i
 s silent until death and its geography is perfect for impunity and silence.
  Approximately 500 bodies were launched into the sea between 1973 and 1978,
