 ay</strong>&nbsp;and is celebrated as such throughout the world.</p><p>At C
 asa &Aacute;frica we have always joined in the celebration of this day and,
  although this year the circumstances do not allow us to stage so many publ
 ic events, it does not stop us from celebrating Africa. We have reinvented 
 to adapt to the new situation and have prepared an intense programme of onl
