DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:<p>Since its inauguration in the year 2000, this festival has set out to fi
 nd its own niche. Since then it has explored the work of filmmakers that mo
 ve geographically and aesthetically on the periphery of the more convention
 al film industry.</p><p>This year the 21st edition of the Festival offers a
  number of approximately 95 film titles in its programme: 55 full-length fe
 ature and 40 short &amp; medium length films, divided into 134 sessions ove
 r a period of ten days.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>The full-length feature films com
 peting in the &lsquo;Official Section&rsquo; will have three showings; the 
 first (single matine) will be for members of the press &amp; judges, althou
 gh these films will then also be shown to the general public.</p><p>In othe
 r sections, the number of sessions will vary between one &amp; two showings
 , variant that is reflected in the programme with the annotation &ldquo;pas
 e &uacute;nico&rdquo;(single), &ldquo;primer pase&rdquo;(first) or &ldquo;&
