El hombre que mató a Liberty Balance (The Man who shot Liberty Valance)

Synopsis:

Ransom Stoddard, an aged senator of the USA Congress, explains to a reporter as to why he had travelled with his wife to attend the funeral of his old friend Tom Doniphon. The story began many years ago when Ransom was a young lawyer from the East who travelled by stagecoach to Shinbone, a small town in the West, to paractise and try to impose the law there. Slightly before he arrived in town, he was attacked and brutally beaten by the dreaded gunfighter Liberty Valance.
