This classical string quartet, supplemented with a bandoneon & percussion, will perform a chamber music rendition of music by the Argentinian composer  Astor Piazzolla (1921-1992), in a programme which allows us to appreciate the counterpuntal & harmonious complexity of these instruments, and emphasing the relationship between jazz and classical music, without overlooking the rhythmic & dynamic aspects that characterise the tango.
