The return of ‘Efecto Cinema’ will come accompanied by the official announcement of the short-films winner of the convocation of the test video “Correspondencias” and the projection of the work followed by a work of non-fiction cult made by the German filmmaker Harun Farocki, titled Imágenes del mundo e inscripción de la guerra ((Images of the World and the Inscription of War)(1989, 74 min.). The film, an extraordinary example of the use of the appropriation of images as a way of expressing reality, he pauses in the instrumentation of aerial photography as a tool for espionage, registry & bombing controls.
