‘Filmoteca Canaria’ joins the audience-attended screenings organised by the ‘Ministerio de Agricultura, Pesa y Alimentación’ (Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries & Food), with the projection of the documentary film “La calle del agua”, by Celia Viada Caso.

Synopsis: Benjamina Miyar (1888-1961) led an unusual life at her home in the street ‘Calle del Agua’, at the foot of the peaks of Europe. Photographer and watchmaker for more than 40 years, she was also part of the anti-Franco resistance movement. Her life & work disappeared after her death.
