The Colloquium of Canarian-American History, connection of Hispanic culture on both sides of the Atlantic with the nexus of the Canarian Archipelago as the main feature, celebrates its 25^th edition. After almost half a century of existence, this year 2022, the event will have 253 participants and will be held at the Casa de Colón (Columbus House) between 3 & 7 October, to place on the table the new challenges of this cultural bridge. During an intense week, 155 men & 98 women, from about 20 different countries & close to 40 universities, societies & associations, will take part in an academic debate related to the common history of the Canary Islands and the American continent.

The aim of this gathering, which for a week, will make Gran Canaria the epicentre of Atlantic studies, is to compile the achievements attained in 46 years of history.
