Chichon will tackle the monumental Symphony nº 3 by Mahler combining the choral & orchestral forces of the ‘OFGC’. And so, the Gran Canaria Philharmonic Orchestra will get together with the Gran Canaria Youth Orchestra & the ‘OFGC’ Children’s and Women’s Choirs joined by the mezzosoprano from Gran Canaria Nancy Fabiola Herrera, to bring to life this grand creation by Mahler, which serves as a perfect example of the totalizing vision of his symphonic concept, as expressed through his words “The symphony has to be like the world.
