The Atlantic Centre of Modern Art (CAAM) of Gran Canaria presents the exhibition  Matriz, by the Brazilean artist Paula Scamparini. The exhibition project brings together a selection of her photographic & video works, as well as site-specific installations produced by CAAM for this exhibition.

Paula Scamparini is an outstanding multimedia artist who lives and works in Río de Janeiro. She is currently working as a teacher in the Department of Sculpture at the School of Fine Arts in the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. In her work she reflects on identity issues and those related to nature.

Inauguration: Thursday 30 March at 20:00 hours

Visiting hours: Tuesdays to Saturdays, from 10:00 to 21:00 hours. Sundays from 10:00 to 14:00 hours.
